2025 Global RepTrak 100

The latest Global RepTrak 100 Report shows that corporate reputation continues to develop into a robust, data-based management tool for communication. With a global reputation score of 74.5 points (▲ 0.7 compared to the previous year), the year 2025 marks the second consecutive increase in reputation – and this under persistently uncertain global conditions.
It is particularly noteworthy that all seven reputation drivers are in the strong range for the first time. The drivers products & services, innovation, leadership, ethical behavior, workplace, social responsibility and performance have thus reached a new overall level. This provides a more precise picture of which expectations stakeholders currently prioritize and how consistent, transparent communication is reflected in reliable perception values.
It is also clear that reputation is not defined by crises, but by the ability to consistently build and maintain trust. The strongest gains in the Workplace (+1.4) and Citizenship (+1.2) categories underline the extent to which soft factors have gained in hard reputation impact. Relevance, consistency and credible positioning across all channels are increasingly decisive for how companies are perceived and evaluated. The basis for this is provided by data-driven analyses with which communication can not only be evaluated retrospectively, but also actively managed.
