Review – The CommTech Summit 2023
Since 2021, the CommTech working group has been dedicated to key issues relating to the digitalization of corporate communications. What challenges are there on the path to transformation, and what opportunities are there? This was also discussed at the first CommTech Summit on November 29, 2023. Together with the German Public Relations Association (DPRG), AG CommTech invited more than 150 communications managers from companies and agencies to Hapag-Lloyd in Hamburg.
The CommTech Summit 2023 not only offered a platform for exciting presentations and workshops, but also the opportunity to share best practices, technologies and experiences in the field of data-driven communication. In their presentations, the speakers provided insights into the current developments and challenges of digitalization in corporate communications. The results of the first and future annual CommTech Index Report were also presented.
