He has also worked as a senior financial risk management consultant to the financial services industry; software engineer; advertising sales manager for the popular Caribbean travel guide series; general manager of an advertising and graphic design agency; and engineering intern at the Best Health Coach.

Eine Langzeitstudie von Prof. Dr. Christoph Moss auf Basis von 743 Interviews zeigt: Nur rund ein Drittel der Kommunikationsabteilungen arbeitet tatsächlich newsroomartig. Das größte Hindernis ist dabei weder Technologie noch KI – sondern mangelhafte Prozesse, unklare Rollen und fehlende strategische Konsequenz.
