Reference books: Practical Handbook CommTech Volume I
In the course of the digital transformation, corporate communication is evolving from a purely communicative function into a data-driven, AI- and predictive intelligence-supported management discipline – with a measurable and sustainable impact. The first volume of the practical handbook CommTech describes precisely this change. Leading experts from science and practice analyze the structural, technological and strategic foundations of modern communication and show how it can be consistently rethought and implemented.
The focus is on the transformation of communication into a decision-relevant management function. The book is aimed at managers who want to make communication not only visible, but also measurable, effective and sustainable. Volume I is the first in a two-part series; Volume II is dedicated to operational implementation under the title “Application and organizational transformation”.
