\nAI-Agents gelten als n\u00e4chster Evolutionsschritt nach Chatbots und Copiloten \u2013 doch was leisten sie wirklich in der Unternehmenskommunikation? Und wo sto\u00dfen sie an Grenzen? Im Interview erkl\u00e4rt Timo Radzik, Functional Excellence Consultant bei Siemens, wie sich kommunikative Prozesse agentisch denken lassen<\/strong>\u00a0und<\/strong>\u00a0warum Prozessklarheit wichtiger ist als Technologie<\/strong>.<\/strong>\n

\nAG CommTech:<\/strong>\u00a0Timo, ganz grunds\u00e4tzlich: Was verstehst du unter AI-Agents \u2013 und warum sind sie gerade jetzt relevant f\u00fcr die Unternehmenskommunikation?\n

\nTimo Radzik:<\/strong>\u00a0F\u00fcr mich sind AI-Agents der n\u00e4chste logische Schritt nach der bisherigen KI-Nutzung. Wir kommen aus einer Phase, in der wir KI punktuell eingesetzt haben,\u00a0vor allem zum\u00a0Suchen und Aufbereiten von Informationen. Ein Agent geht dar\u00fcber hinaus: Er\u00a0f\u00fchrt\u00a0mehrere Schritte in einem Prozess selbstst\u00e4ndig\u00a0aus. Genau das macht ihn f\u00fcr die Kommunikation so interessant, weil unsere Arbeit stark prozessgetrieben ist \u2013 auch wenn uns das oft gar nicht bewusst ist.\n

\nAG CommTech:<\/strong>\u00a0Du hast in deinem Beispiel ein Media Briefing automatisiert. Was passiert dort konkret?\n

\nTimo Radzik:<\/strong>\u00a0Ich habe einen klassischen PR-Prozess genommen, der vor Jahren ein Teil meiner eigenen t\u00e4glichen Arbeit war:\u00a0Jeden Morgen\u00a0Artikel\u00a0\u00fcbers Unternehmen\u00a0sammeln,\u00a0die wichtigsten zusammenfassen, Tonalit\u00e4t bewerten, Auff\u00e4lligkeiten erkennen,\u00a0gegebenenfalls\u00a0nochmals\u00a0recherchieren und am Ende einen Report verschicken.\u00a0Im Prinzip habe ich diese Prozessschritte in dem Automatisierungstool n8n abgebildet. Arbeitsschritte wie das Sammeln der Artikel und verschicken des Reports per Mail sind hier automatisiert. Und ein Agent \u00fcbernimmt sogar die komplexeren Schritte, wie die Entscheidung, ob eine Anomalie vorliegt und weitere Recherche n\u00f6tig ist.\n

\nAG CommTech:<\/strong>\u00a0Was bringt das konkret?\n

\nTimo Radzik:<\/strong>\u00a0In meinem Beispiel reduziert sich die Bearbeitungszeit von 30 Minuten auf etwa drei Minuten. Gleichzeitig sinken die\u00a0laufenden Kosten auf die wenigen Tokens, die der Agent verbraucht. Pro Durchlauf sind es umgerechnet 2 Cent.\u00a0Hinzukommt der Kapazit\u00e4tsgewinn f\u00fcr mich.\u00a0Meine Frage war\u00a0nicht, was KI zus\u00e4tzlich\u00a0f\u00fcr mich leistenkann,\u00a0sondern welche wiederkehrenden T\u00e4tigkeiten ich lieber vermeiden w\u00fcrde. Um dann mehr Zeit f\u00fcr strategische und kreative Aufgaben zu haben.\n

\nAG CommTech:<\/strong>\u00a0Das klingt nach einem klaren Business Case. Wo liegt der Haken?\n

\nTimo Radzik:<\/strong>\u00a0Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Engpass ist\u00a0oft\u00a0nicht die Technologie, sondern die Prozessklarheit. Viele Kommunikationsabteilungen arbeiten implizit prozessgetrieben, aber kaum jemand hat diese Prozesse sauber dokumentiert.\u00a0Nur mit einer guten Prozessklarheit l\u00e4sst sich das gesamte Potential von Agents voll ausspielen.\n

\nAG CommTech:<\/strong>\u00a0Was bedeutet das konkret?\n

\nTimo Radzik:<\/strong>\u00a0Es gibt zwei Wege: Entweder ich erg\u00e4nze bestehende Prozesse punktuell mit KI \u2013 das ist der einfachere Einstieg. Oder ich denke den gesamten Prozess neu und setze ihn agentisch auf. Letzteres ist deutlich anspruchsvoller, aber auch wirkungsvoller. Voraussetzung ist immer, dass ich Trigger, Prozessschritte und Zielzustand klar definiert habe. Dann kann ich anfangen, einzelne Schritte zu automatisieren oder komplett zu ersetzen.\n

\nAG CommTech:<\/strong>\u00a0Und wo sind die Grenzen?\n

\nTimo Radzik:<\/strong> Erstens: Komplexit\u00e4t.\u00a0Wenn\u00a0ich mehrere Agenten kombiniere, brauche ich eine gute Prozess-Architektur. Durch das Prinzip wie KI funktioniert, bleibt immer eine Wahrscheinlichkeit f\u00fcr Fehler und die k\u00f6nnen sich schnell summieren.\u00a0Zweitens: Halluzinationen\u00a0\u2013\u00a0je mehr\u00a0Kontext und Verantwortung\u00a0ich dem Agenten gebe, desto gr\u00f6\u00dfer das Risiko\u00a0f\u00fcr Fehler. Deshalb ist es wichtig, sehr klar\u00a0einzuschr\u00e4nken, was\u00a0einAgent darf\u00a0und in manchen F\u00e4llen dann doch zur Automatisierung zu greifen, ganz ohne KI.\n

\nAG CommTech:<\/strong>\u00a0Welche Skills werden k\u00fcnftig wichtiger?\n

\nTimo Radzik:<\/strong>\u00a0Die F\u00e4higkeit selbst\u00a0komplexe\u00a0Prozesse in einzelne Schritte zu zerlegen.\u00a0Dazu kommt Zielklarheit \u2013 also die F\u00e4higkeit,\u00a0den gew\u00fcnschten\u00a0Output und\u00a0seine\u00a0Wirkung zu\u00a0benennen. Und ein gewisses ROI-Denken:\u00a0Mit welchem Aufwand erziele ich welches Ergebnis?\u00a0Mit den heutigen M\u00f6glichkeiten gibt es kaum mehr technische Limits, Tools und Daten zu verkn\u00fcpfen und KI daraufzusetzen. Es ist nur wichtig zu wissen, ob sich der Aufwand lohnt und wenn ja, ab welchem Zeitpunkt nach der erfolgreichen Implementierung.\n

\nAG CommTech:<\/strong>\u00a0Dein Fazit: Was ist machbar \u2013 und was nicht?\n

\nTimo Radzik:<\/strong>\u00a0Machbar ist sehr viel, wenn die Grundlagen stimmen. Prozesse lassen sich deutlich effizienter gestalten, teilweise komplett neu denken. Nicht machbar ist die Vorstellung, dass Agents einfach \u201elaufen gelassen\u201c werden k\u00f6nnen. Ohne klare Prozesse, guter\u00a0Datenbasis und menschliches Verst\u00e4ndnis und\u00a0Kontrolle funktioniert\u00a0es\u00a0nicht.\n
