In many organizations, there is a growing \u201ccapacity gap\u201d &#8211; between what is expected of employees and what they can actually achieve. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>80% of respondents say they lack time or energy<\/strong><strong>for their tasks<\/strong>, while<strong>53% of<\/strong><strong>managers<\/strong><strong>demand<\/strong><strong>higher<\/strong><strong>productivity<\/strong><strong>at the same time<\/strong>. The result: structural overload &#8211; and acute pressure to act on processes, priorities and collaboration.<\/p>\n\n<p>One possible starting point is the targeted use of AI. The focus is on so-called <strong>AI agents<\/strong>, which act as digital colleagues and independently coordinate tasks, process information or prepare decisions &#8211; and thus specifically relieve human workload.<strong>82% of<\/strong><strong>managers plan to<\/strong><strong>actively use<\/strong><strong>such systems in the<\/strong><strong>next 12 to 18 months.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p>This fundamentally changes role models and work processes. Employees are taking on the role of <strong>\u201cagent bosses\u201d<\/strong> who have to instruct, integrate and manage their digital partners. This creates a new form of collaboration that goes far beyond the use of tools.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The report makes it clear that AI is not only changing tools, but also the foundations of work &#8211; how tasks are distributed, decisions are made and organizations are managed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div
