With a global reputation score of 74.5 points (\u25b2 0.7 compared to the previous year), the year 2025 marks the second consecutive increase in reputation &#8211; and this under persistently uncertain global conditions. <\/p>\n\n<p>It is particularly noteworthy that <strong>all seven reputation drivers<\/strong> are <strong>in the strong range for the first time<\/strong>. The drivers products &amp; services, innovation, leadership, ethical behavior, workplace, social responsibility and performance have thus reached a new overall level. This provides a more precise picture of which expectations stakeholders currently prioritize and how consistent, transparent communication is reflected in reliable perception values.  <\/p>\n\n<p>It is also clear that <strong>reputation is not defined by crises, but by the ability to consistently build and maintain trust.<\/strong> The strongest gains in the Workplace (+1.4) and Citizenship (+1.2) categories underline the extent to which soft factors have gained in hard reputation impact. Relevance, consistency and credible positioning across all channels are increasingly decisive for how companies are perceived and evaluated.
