The study, published by RYZE Digital and SCM in March 2024, is based on a survey of communication experts on the status of digitalization and the use of AI in internal communication. At the same time, 54% of those surveyed say they are on the right track, with plenty of room for improvement. The use of AI is seen as the most important trend topic, but only 17% have access to internal company tools. <\/p>\n\n

Almost 40 percent use open AI solutions, mostly ChatGPT. A lack of AI strategy in the company is lamented by 46 percent. The study confirms once again that impact measurement is still not widespread in IC. Almost 40 percent of respondents stated that they have data, but hardly ever analyze it.
