A recent scientific study examines how this development influences the skills profile of communication managers.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Through systematic interviews with experienced communications managers from German companies, the study provides exciting insights. A key finding is that operational skills are becoming less relevant, while strategic skills are becoming more important. At the same time, the role models of communication managers are changing: In addition to traditional tasks, they are increasingly acting as correctors, innovators and AI integrators.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The study also identifies specific skills that are gaining in importance through the use of AI. Content, application, technical and analytical skills are particularly important. These shifts in the skills profile are crucial for the future direction of corporate communications.  <\/p>\n\n<p>A must for anyone who wants to understand and actively shape the future of corporate
