This shows that the use of generative AI has almost doubled in the last six months, with 75% of respondents using it. Given the workload, employees bring their own AI to work. For example, 78% state that they use their own AI tools and do not wait until they are introduced by the respective companies. In addition, 52% of respondents do not mention this. The result: considerable risks in terms of data security. In addition, companies cannot fully exploit the transformative potential of AI in this way.<\/p>\n\n<p>While executives agree that AI is a business imperative, many believe their organization lacks a plan and vision to move from individual benefits to applying AI to drive business results. The implementation of AI tools also requires new skills. Nevertheless, only 25% of companies are planning to offer their employees training on generative AI this year. At the same time, 76% of employees state that these skills are essential in order to remain competitive in their work.
