He emphasizes the increasing relevance of reliable data, improved data access and analysis. In addition, the changes in working methods and environments are highlighted by communication experts. A survey of 427 senior communications managers from ten countries was conducted for this purpose.<\/p>\n\n<p>The report makes it clear that the use of generative AI in PR teams is mixed, with some making frequent use of it (32%), while others are still experimenting (27%). The integration of AI into workflows is still in the early stages, particularly in the USA (24 percent) compared to Europe (42 percent) and the APAC region (31 percent). In addition, the results show that communications teams are increasingly seen as crucial factors in the success of companies, with a growing demand for their advice. CEOs see building brand value and sustainable growth as a top priority for communications departments. In addition, communications teams now have the tools to measure their impact and analyze data in real time. This makes them indispensable for the management level.
