This year&#8217;s edition focuses on research related to the integration of LLMs. Among other things, the report discusses how LLMs can be used for information work, for complex and creative tasks and for team collaboration and communication. It also answers the question of how organizational members work effectively with LLMs, how they can be used in different areas of work and what implications this has for future work and society.<\/p>\n\n<p>For example, the report shows that LLMs improve team interaction, coordination and workflows by providing real-time and retrospective feedback and utilizing holistic frameworks. At the same time, LLMs could also help to improve knowledge management in organizations by eliminating silos. The report provides valuable insights for communication professionals who act as drivers of transformation projects for integration into everyday business life.
